The Association conducted training for 39 Shop stewards and Works Committee officials from the Nairobi Region, in the month of September at Kilaguni Serena Lodge. The trainees were taken through training in the CBA, Communication Skills, Leadership skills as well as Grievance Handling.

The trainees were beneficiaries of the 0.5 Kitty whose major role is training the industry on labour matters to ensure that the industry enjoys industrial harmony for enhanced productivity.

We continue to urge members who have not yet paid into the Kitty to do so to benefit from these training opportunities.
