The Association in conjunction with KUDHEIHA Workers and Winningways Limited conducted a 3 days training workshop for Shop Stewards/works committee members with participants drawn from Tsavo East/West, Amboseli and Voi Region. The team was trained on Labour laws, grievance handling and the roles/responsibilities of a works committee/shop steward. 

This training was at no cost to the members and the whole package was covered by the O.5% Service Charge Kitty. We continue to urge members who have not complied with this kitty to do so to benefit from such opportunities.
