Following the visit by the Kenyan tourism delegation to Morocco in February 2012 an invitation was extended to the Morocco team to visit Kenya. KTB hosted the VIP delegation from 21^st-30^th June. The visit was aimed at strengthening the partnership between the two countries for continued growth within the tourism sector and to position Kenya competitively in the Moroccan market.

The Association participated in an interactive session with the Moroccan delegates who included representatives from the Morocco Ministry of Tourism, National Federation of Tourism, the Moroccan press and a representative from the Moroccan Honorary Consul.
