The product forum was held in the month of June, hosted by KTB. The session was aimed at contributing towards developing a product strategy for the destination Kenya and sharpening communication of the tourism brand.

The forum was based on the background that the business of tourism has increasingly become very competitive with many countries focusing on tourism as the key driver of growth for their economies. In achieving these goals, various players are devising ways of outdoing their competitors and have invested heavily in providing experiences that are nor only unique to their destinations, but replicate the competitor offerings with enriched experiences.
