The UNWTO Ministerial Conference took place at Sarova Whitesands Beach Resort and was officially opened by the Deputy President, HE Wiliam Ruto. The UNWTO Secretary General Dr. Rifai gave an excellent endorsement of Destination Kenya. Also in attendance was CS Kandie, Mombasa Governor HE Joho and a number of industry players from the Coast, Nairobi and Western Kenya.
