The Tourism sector has recently suffered an economic blow which has forced workers and employers to be on the negotiating table more often for industrial harmony.

 In order to improve the quality of these negotiations, International Labour Organization in collaboration with KAHC and KUDHEIHA  organized a training on "Mutual Gains Collective Bargaining" for the benefit of the sector.

The two day trainings were held in the month of April and early May in Mt. Kenya, Coast and Maasai Mara region, where over 70 managers and shop stewards were trained.

The program was facilitated by the 0.5% kitty and we continue to urge members to contribute to the fund to enable more training opportunities
