A very interactive 36th KATO AGM was held on Wednesday 22nd October 2014, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel.  In a deviation from past practice, the entire meeting was dedicated to discussing industry related matters with no external guests.

Some of the issues discussed were: VAT on tourism services, formation of the TRA, Representation in the Kenya Roads Board, Tourism Service Vehicle stickers among other issues.
