The Institute of Economic Affairs has commissioned a research into Kenya’s alcohol policy in view of the many laws that regulate the industry.

Preliminary work involved the identification of key stakeholders that have an interest in the industry. This was done by convening a breakfast meeting in September 2014 in which the invited stakeholders, including KAHC, were invited.

It is hoped that the research will give an insight on how better to regulate the industry and the pertinent role each stakeholder will play to realize this.
