As members may be aware the Tourism sector has recently suffered an economic blow requiring workers and employers to be in constant negotiations, to avert unrest in the industry.

In order to improve the quality of these negotiations, International Labour Organization organized a three day training on   "Mutual Gains Collective Bargaining" for the benefit of the sector.

The training was tripartite bringing together the Union (KUDHEIHA), the employer organizations (FKE, KAHC) and the Government ( Ministry of Labour, Department of Tourism)  who are the major players in negotiations.
