KAHC in conjunction with KUDHEIHA held its inaugural Human Resource Conference on 19-20th April 2012 at Safari Park Hotel. The conference brought together over eighty, H.R practitioners, General Managers involved in human resource matters i,e Camp and Lodge Unit Managers, with the aim of discussing H.R issues and exchanging ideas on the challenges and way forward for the industry, under the thematic area of " Unleashing human potential through excellent human resource practices"
Topical areas covered by the speakers were:

• Managing Employment Contracts –Steven Mwiti , HR consultant .
• Performance/ Productivity Management – James Kimani, Productivity Centre of Kenya.
We highly appreciate the speakers’ well articulated and informative presentations, indeed the event would not have been a success without their presence.
