The Association participated in a breakfast forum sponsored by the Nairobi Water Company in the month. The Chief Guest at the event was Nairobi County Deputy Governor, Jonathan Mueke.

The purpose of the forum was:-

• Understand the company’s policies, procedures, challenges and mode of operation.

• Understand the company’s strategic plan.

• Understand the company’s innovations towards enhancing service delivery.

• Give feedback on the company’s services.

• Offer ideas and counsel on the different problems and the best way to serve the different organizations.

• Interact with Nairobi City Water and Sewerage Company Top Management Staff.

At the forum the participants were also informed that the water tariff was going to be increased in the course of the year. This had been occasioned by the need to provide quality services to the residents of Nairobi County.
