The Kenya Business community launched a Code of Ethics for Doing Business on the 16th of March, in Nairobi. The code was signed by several businesses across many sectors of the economy. The launch was officiated by former Cabinet Minister for Justice and Constitutional Affairs and Member of Parliament for Gichugu Hon. Martha Karua.

This initiative is a partnership between KEPSA and Kenya Association of Manufacturers (KAM) with the support of Global Compact Network Kenya. It aims at enhancing Public Private engagement in enhancing Corporate accountability and responsibility while doing business in the country.
