The Association has been involved in the formulation of the Mombasa County Liquor Draft Bill, the document has been shared with the membership, and various areas of concerns have been raised by the industry. We continue to lobby on the issues, and so far the County has been sensitive to our needs. We will continue to engage them and hopefully have a business friendly Act. We will keep you informed on the outcome or fate of the bill.
