The Business Advocacy Fund (BAF) has supported Mombasa and Coast Tourist Association to initiate Governor’s Round Tables in five Counties in the Coast Region. Namely: Kwale, Lamu, Tana River, Kilifi and Taita Taveta.

The Governor’s Round Table in the five Counties is aimed at creating a platform for continuous dialogue and enhance the cooperation between the Private sector and the County Government to ensure inclusive, sustainable development with social cohesion and stability.

The first Governor’s roundtable dubbed “working together to tap and improve on the County’s potential " was held in Kwale County and brought together business partners within the County and provided a one off platform to engage with the private sector.
