NATIONAL TOURISM STRATEGY

The Association was represented by the CEO at a retreat at Mombasa Beach Hotel in the month, on the National Tourism Strategy, which is a fulfillment of the Tourism Act 2011 section 3, which obligates the Minister responsible for Tourism to once every five years , to formulate and publish a National Tourism Strategy with which the tourism sector shall be developed, managed, marketed and regulated  This is also important in the fulfillment of Vision 2030, in which tourism has been identified as one of the six key growth sectors.
