NORTH COAST F&B MANAGER'S FORUM

Food and Beverage managers in North Coast formed a forum in which they will be meeting on a monthly basis. The objectives of the forum are for training and capacity building of the F &B managers and staff, conducting F&B driven activities in the region, Pricing standardization, and collective bargaining for supplies of food items. The first meeting was held on 10th July in which Messrs Mohammed Hassan of Bamburi Beach Hotel and Bilha Mucuha of Tamarind Mombasa were elected as Chairman and Secretary of the forum respectively. The forum agreed to be meeting every second Wednesday of the month.
