We are pleased to invite you to the Annual Symposium will be held from 27^th to 29^th June 2013 at the Sarova Whitesands Beach Resort & Spa and Vipingo Ridge respectively.  The Symposium will follow its tradition of hosting the following activities as detailed below:-

Day one – 27^th June 2013                 Welcome Reception Cocktail

Day two – 28^th June 2013                 Annual General Meeting (afternoon) & Gala Dinner (evening)

Day three – 29^th June 2013                Charity Golf Tournament

The secretariat would like to receive early confirmation on your establishment participation to enable us plan appropriately.  Please send us your confirmation indicating whether you would require accommodation, transfers from and to the Airport and your check-in date.  Deadline for registration is 16^th June 2013.

Members will be required to cater for their own transport accommodation.  However, the Secretariat will offer delegates accommodation on bed & breakfast basis.
