The Human Resource Conference was held in the month at the Laico Regency Hotel from the 29^th and 30^th June 2013.

This Conference brings together  KAHC  and the union, Kenya Union of Domestic ,Hotels, Educational Institutions, Hospitals and Allied Workers (KUDHEIHA) to organise a conference  aimed at bringing together all the H.R practitioners in the industry to discuss H.R  issues and exchanging ideas on the challenges and way forward.

We had several Speakers at the event who made presentations on various topics. These were:

·         Importance of safety at the workplace- Pius Makhonge, Director, DOSH.

·         Overview of the upcoming industry Job Evaluation exercise- James Kariuki, Vas Consultants.
