The Association participated in a press conference by FKE and KEPSA on the uncertainty and anxiety caused by the recent court rulings at the Industrial Court.   

 This trend if not checked in time, the country may see an out flux of investments to safer environment within the region. These decisions by the Courts risk reversing all the gains that have been made in creating a conducive environment for doing business. It goes against all aspirations to make the country an attractive destination for capital.

 The Country needs investment to stamp its position as a growing economy and as a business hub in the region. However, if the Country is to achieve this goal, we need a responsive Government including the Judiciary that takes into consideration commercial realities. We need a responsive Government.
