INVITATION TO STAKEHOLDERS’  FORUM ON TEST OF THE REGISTRATION PLATFORM OF DATA CONTROLLERS AND DATA PROCESSORS

Following the coming into effect of the data protection regulations in July 14th 2022 which provided for the registration procedure for data controllers and data processors, the renewal of the registration for data controllers and data processors and the change of particulars.

The office of the Data Protection Commissioner developed a registration platform in compliance with the requirements under the Regulations. To this end the office invited stakeholders, KAHC included, to a pilot and test of the system in readiness for its deployment and adoption in a meeting held in May at the Kenya School of Government.
