As members are aware we have continued to have discussions with the Union on the state of the industry, in light of the pending CBA negotiations.

We sent a Joint Communiqué in July 2014 and we will be issuing another one shortly, following two joint meetings in the month of October.

The Communiqué will detail the progress thus far and the next step in the negotiation process.
